Yarn Harlot: Not falling for it
So, this is a page of discussion about the Clapotis. It seems to be quite a controversy (in knitting circles? whatever!). I've been wanting to do it, but it take three skeins of Lion & Lamb and I only have two. :( and that crap is expensive! even with my employee discount.

I was fingering some beautiful new Fiesta yarn in at the shop last night. yum! But I was good. I only bought some 4ply cotton (rowan of course) for a baby gift for a coworker. I'm trying to decide whether to do my easy sweater, or do this cute knitted polar bear that I saw in the new Zoe book last night. I think I'm definitely knitting the polar bear and I'm going to start the sweater with denim yarn and see if I like it. Then i'll have a back-up!!!

also... an idea is starting to form.... do the clapotis in the whisper i have.... hmm...
