Okay, I lied. I did buy some yarn last night... but only a little! What I really did was return some yarn and buy the bag, the new Interweave, and some lantern moon needles (which I'm obsessed with). But I also took home a couple balls of a lovely green Rowan Cotton Glace so I can make another baby wrap sweater like the one I made for Aren. I fondled some pretty brown and teal Joy, but didn't buy!
Caheli Knits
A journal for many things, mostly inspiration for my knitting projects but also tidbits that I want to hold on to. An electronic scrapbook!
About Me

- Name: Kristina
- Location: San Jose, CA, United States
Quit my job last year to stay home for my son's first year. Love being a mom, though it's hard to find the time to get things done.
Who Am I?
I’m an avid knitter, an optimist, learning to crochet, and turning 30 this year. I love to create
altered art/books and fantasize about opening a yarn shop. I’m a graduate school administrator and
advisor by day, and write feminist science fiction and make art by night. I have long brown hair I
can’t bother to blow-dry in the morning, and I sometimes talk to my cat as if she can understand me.

Do you like knitting flowers? I know you were looking for a crafty swap of some kind. The february flower exchange just finished, but I think they're taking signups for an April flower exchange. (here) scroll down to Feb 22, and email the coordinator if you're interested :)
